Food Pairing

Whilst this white wine would be great on it’s own on a warm summer’s day, it also pairs wonderfully with lean poultry or pork dishes. You could also serve it alongside a rich salmon or tuna dish for an evening supper.

Serving Instructions

Chardonnay should be served chilled at around 10 degrees centigrade. To achieve this, pop it in the fridge or a bucket of ice for a couple of hours prior to serving. If the wine is too warm the flavours of the wine will become muddled, too cold and become dulled. Use a good quality wine glass with a stem to prevent your hand warming the wine during drinking.
