Best serve chilled on a hot summer day. A perfect partner with oysters, grilled fish & chicken.
Wine Making
Healthy grapes received early in the day. Grapes were crushed, juice drained and skins pressed. After juice settled, clear juice is used to cold ferment in stainless steel tanks. From there the wine is stabilised and filtered.

Nice, easy drinking sparkling moscato. Super easy to polish off in a single sitting over lunch! Off dry, refreshing, with pleasant peach, citrus and cream.
Our latest weekend bubbles. The nose is pretty shy, but the typical lychee from the Moscato is present in the mouth. Soft bubbles and quite a bit drier than advertised (it says sweet on the bottle).
Lots of peaches with like a creamy/ buttery feel. Very light, refreshing and low in alcohol.
