Winemaking: The harvest is carried out entirely by hand, the grapes placed in small boxes, de-stemmed and subjected to a long period of fermentation, followed by an equally long period of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by aging in barrels stainless steel of at least six months. The wine is bottled and laid in the cellar, for further refinement.
On the table: for a good drink to serve at 18C, perfectly accompanies meat dishes, grilled and roasted. Superb with soups, cheese and cold cuts.
