This Saxenburg Chardonnay PC was fermented and matured in French oak, with selective toasting. The aroma shows nice mineral flavours with rich citrus, red apples and nutty tones prominent. Good body and length on the palate with lime and citrus flavours in abundance. Ending with a lingering aftertaste, with a fresh approach on the acidity. Will pair well with creamy seafood and pasta dishes, or lighter meat dishes.
