Bouquet de Monbrison is the second wine of Chateau Monbrison in Margaux. Produced from younger vines, it shows a lovely vigour and energy to go along with classic Margaux elegance and perfume. An unfiltered wine with ageing in 1-2 year old French oak barrels. Will continue to improve for 5-8 years.

On the palate it has lovely fresh acidity with a green apple, quince, green melon and mineral melange of flavours. Excellent depth, cut and character.
Quite robust and structured, yet at the same time is made in a modern fruity style. A powerful red fruit nose combines with pepper and cinnamon. A lingering spicy mouthfeel with well structured, smooth tannins.

Intense and flowery on the nose with hints of accacia and lime blossom with tropical fruit notes. The subtle taste confirms the bouquet and offers a great balance of freshness and flavour.
