New Zealand Pinot Noir, Central Otago

The wine is dark burgundy in colour with youthful hints of purple around the edges. The nose shows strong red berry fruit aromas with hints of wild mushroom, spice and thyme. The palate is well balanced with integrated toasty oak characters and a fine tannin structure. Enjoyable now but can be expected to improve with age.

Serve New Zealand Pinot Noir with venison, lamb or red meat dishes. Mushroom dishes are also a great match.
