Merlot and Pinotage grapes came from North East and West facing slopes.

The grapes were hand picked from selected blocks of vineyards under the coolest possible
circumstances and carefully transported to the cellar. Only the first 200 liters per ton of the free run juice was carefully separated from the skins and was fermented in stainless steel tanks to total dryness.
Winemaker's comments
Bright red garnet in colour, with a fresh fruity, raspberry bouquet upfront. Crisp on the palate, with a well balanced acidity that enhances the berry-like flavours with a toffee like aftertaste. Superb with fish, poultry and salads.
